How long does it take to receive an order?
How can I place an order?
Ask for a sales representative to visit your retail location. Other ways you can place an order is online with us through our online ordering system. If you prefer to place an order through email or phone, please contact us.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Please reach out to our office on the issue and we will adjust a credit memo to your account.
How do I create a Max's Imports account?
Click on the person icon on the top-right. Then click on create an account. This will allow you to fill out the form. Once submitted, we will review your account within 1 business day to approve. This will allow you to start ordering with us.
Is my online order a final invoice?
No. Once an order is submitted online, it is subject to adjustments. We may revise in-stock/out of stock items. We will send you the final order before delivery.
