How long does it take to process a wholesale order?
How can I place an order?
Ask for a sales representative to visit your retail location. Other ways you can place an order is online with us through our online ordering system once you are set up in our system. If you prefer to place an order through email or phone, please contact us.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Please reach out to our office on the issue and we will review the issue internally.
How do I create a Max's Imports account?
Please click the "New Account" to apply to become a wholesale customer. This will allow you to fill out the necessary details we require. Once submitted, we will review your account within 1-2 business days. If approved, this will allow you to start ordering with us.
Is my online order a final invoice?
No. Once an order is submitted online through our ordering platform, it is subject to adjustments. We will revise in-stock/out of stock items. We will send you the final order before delivery.
