Whole wheat bread slices, fresh feta cheese blocks, and Mama's Roasted Pepper Spread (Home Style Ajvar)
Preparation: Toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden brown, then spread a generous amount of Mama's Roasted Pepper Spread on one side of each bread slice.
Layer crumbled feta cheese on top of the spread on one bread slice, place the other bread slice on top to form a sandwich.

Preparation:

Add the hot home-style sausages to the skillet and sprinkle them with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook the sausages, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing them.
